
DEMING – Luna County Code Enforcement has taken a neighborly approach to educating the public about the county’s ordinances, especially when it comes to new and existing property owners.
“We feel like educating the public on what code enforcement entails would greatly help clear up any misconceptions about our county ordinances,” said Premal Patel, head of the Planning and Community Development for the county. Patel works with code enforcers Frankie Tarazon and Manny Armendariz. Co-workers Joe Padilla and Patsy Rodriguez chore up the Planning and Community Development Department.
The code staff is in place to help residents in Luna County comply with the ordinances adopted by the Luna County Board of Commissioners.
